I live in South Africa so it is a different set of laws here. Every province has its own idea of what it deems important.

We are not permitted to take an animal out of the wild other than that no restrictions. Each province (State) has its own laws on how and what.

Neither do I but if the animal is found to be in or on private. I still think that the animal is still W.C but it opens a debate.

i still dont beleve in moving them, they were here first and they are in their world. then we come along and build houses in there habitat and wonder why there are snakes all around us.
there should be a respectful boundry
