| I believe that garter snakes can be kept together. Of course though, with all snakes, make sure to watch for territorial issues. | |

| I think that two female swill be fine together. How large is the tank though? Two young garter's will be fine in a 10 gallon, but they need at least a 20 long when full grown. | |

| They aren't snakes meant to be handled. They don't constrict their prey like other snakes, or have venom, they just swallow the prey right after getting it. So they are much more "glidy" on your hands, and won't wrap around. Also, they eat fish, crickets, mealworms, etc. I would recommend starting up some sort of breeding tank for livebearers to help feed them, if at all possible.
And they love water, so it's a good idea to get a water bowl deep enough for it to swim around in. | |

| Cornsnakes can but for me it is a touchy subject. It all depends on the sanario. What tank size you are using, that kind of stuff. But for corns I would only co-hab 2 females or a 1.1 pair, but if you do the 1.1 you have to be prepared for eggs just in case. I am saying that they need to be breeding size so the female doesn't get egg bound, and if the male breeds her atleast she will be fertle. | |

| I personally never recommend housing anything together. There is always a chance of anything, illnesses, stress, not eating, so on and so forth, i would never chance it! JMO | |
