Haha, no worries these guys I will not keep in display cages. They are purely just feeders, since they are around the size of crickets and a bit on the ugly side.

I would definitely say yes. Roaches have a higher meat to shell ratio than crix. I can't really say anything about locusts though, for they don't sell them as feeders here in the states sadly.
