What am i?

1)
My skin is black, my hair is hollow.
i lose over 40% of my body weight every year, i can get to be 1,000 pounds or more.

2)
I can walk on the walls, i eat bugs, and i can do commercals!

3)
I can fit through a keyhole, yet im HUGE!
long head, big eyes. deep deep ocean. supposed mystic. i am not mystical, i am real, i am usually reddish in color.

Guess all three right and then its your go!

here goes again:
