PostSubject: glue in a vivarium?   Fri Feb 22, 2008 10:04 pm

i have made some fake rock to go in my vivarium with my cornsnake,
but the bits of fake rock need gluing together, so does anybody know a glue that will be safe to use in my vivarium that will not harm my snake?
at the moment all i have is standard wood glue, would that be ok?

lol,
and also after the rock is stuck together im going paint it with clear matt varnish, and whilst the varnish is still wet im going to put sand onto the varnish to give the rock a sand effect,
can you think of anything that is like varnish that i can use to stick the sand to the rock.? "that is safe"
